PHILLY CHIT CHAT CHATTER Monday Edition – Morton’s 30th Anniversary

I just heard on the news that there’s only 9 days left for Christmas shopping; that is really irritating. Usually by this time I have sent out cards, well at least I have the stamps. I hope I do them today. I think today is probably the day most people will send them. I wish I could just get away with sending an email Christmas card because I have a lot of photos that say “Happy Holidays”, but then I wouldn’t get any cards, and I like seeing all the different cards. There’s a couple things coming up this week. My office has there year end Luncheon at Morton’s, and I look forward to my lobster bisque soup.

Coincidentally, I received a press release about an event on Saturday.

Morton’s The Steakhouse in Center City Philadelphia (1411 Walnut Street) is celebrating Morton’s 30th anniversary on Sunday, December 21 by giving away free birthday dinners to the first 21 people with reservations who were born on December 21, 1978, and show proof of date of birth (valid I.D.).
