EXCITING NEW CHANGES AT LACROIX, JUST IN TIME FOR THE NEW SEASON
Philadelphia, PA – September 7, 2010- Lacroix at The Rittenhouse Hotel is delightedto announce three new changes in the kitchen just in time for the upcoming fall season.
Chef Jonathan Cichon, former Sous Chef, will assume the role of Executive RestaurantChef. Chef Cichon’s promotion comes from the recent announcement that Chef JasonCichonski, Chef de Cuisine at Lacroix will be leaving at the end of October to open hisown restaurant.
Chef Cichon has worked amongst the finest chefs at Lacroix since November 2005 andhas proven his exemplary culinary expertise in the kitchen, demonstrating immenseknowledge and passion for food.
“I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity,” says Chef Cichon. “It is truly anhonor to stand where so many great chefs have stood and I look forward to an excitingseason here at Lacroix.”

Lacroix is also delighted to announce that Chef Adam Lazarick, who has served as SousChef of Lacroix since April 2006, has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef of Lacroix.Over the course of his four year tenure he has showcased exceptional talent and culinarycreativity.

Additionally, John Marinelli will assume the position of Executive Banquet Chef. Chef Marinelli has served as Banquet Chef for the past nine years and has prepared hisrenowned cuisine for many of Philadelphia’s finest families to dignitaries from aroundthe world.
Chef Cichon is one of the finest Chef's on the east coast, his plasma wings are a delicatessen!!!! A++ to a fine Chef and congratulations.
