Liberté Comes To Sofitel Philadelphia

I had lunch last week at the new restaurant Liberté at the Sofitel hotel with a few friends. There was a lot of laughter and chatter, but the focus of the day was on the food. I tried not to be too much of a food paparazzi but I did take a few photos.
Hmmm brussel sprouts, my lunch companion ate them and really loved them. I wanted to take a few off his plate, but I think he was a germaphobe like half my family.
The restaurant features a flavorful menu from Executive Chef Kevin Levett and extensive beverage selections from head mixologist Marc Yanga, Liberté is set to become a hot new Center City destination. Menu items will range in price from $7 to $32.

Liberté will be open for lunch and dinner daily. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm. Afternoon “LiberTea” will be served from 2:30 pm until 5 pm. Dinner will be served from 5 pm until 10 pm, with a late-night menu available until 1 am. The bar will be open continuously from 11:30 am until 2 am every day. For more information, or to make a reservation, please call (215) 569-8300
I hear that the hotel’s other restaurant Chez Collette will eventually be the hotel’s restaurant for breakfast, lunch and special events. I like that they are going to have a special events room on the ground floor, especially with the floor to ceiling windows.
