Jose Garces and his wife, Dr. Beatriz Garces on Monday evening at their Center City home at Liberty Residences along with supporters of their philanthropic organization the Garces Family Foundation. The organization, which was founded to help provide access to healthcare and education for immigrant families in and around Philadelphia, hosts its second big fundraising effort October 3 with the Garces Family Foundation Gala at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
