Sorry Andy Toy didn't make it. He's very smart, has a great background and would've been a much needed addition to City Council. It's sad that so few people voted and those who did vote didn't realize Andy would've been a great addition to City Council. And no – I'm not related to Andy – I don't even know him … but what I know is Philly has missed out having a great public servant. Hopefully someday a candidate who's not part of back-room deals, or a relative of someone, will have a chance.
I voted for Andy Toy. I wish he would have won. Nice guy.
