WHY:                      Second Chance Toys was
founded in 2006 to recycle gently used plastic toys for children in need.
Over 100,000 donated toys have helped keep our landfills free of these
non-biodegradable plastics while bringing smiles to children. This
international, award-winning 501c3 non-profit has been recognized for
the waste-need solution it provides to communities throughout local communities.
Visit www.SecondChanceToys.org for
more information.
TOYS:                 Plastic
toys should be clean and without missing parts. Batteries, if needed should be
functioning.  All toys will be donated to local Head
Starts. The toys will be cleaned,
sorted and packed by more than
300 volunteers from 56 area Kohl’s stores. 1-800-Got
                               Junk will be
volunteering to transport the donations immediately from The Market &
                               Shops at Comcast
Center to the Head Starts.
