It's a very ugly building from the outside, no balconies or anything. The interiors look OK though. That stretch of Broad is growing FAST.
I'm curious to see what the apartments look like in this building because when it was the State Office Building, it was a real hell hole.
Ugh. The city is already over run with Luxury Apartments and Condos. Much nicer digs like The Phoenix and Murano have been a failure. Good luck with this.
