Pinkberry Opens its First Store in the Philadelphia Area to Much Fanfare

There was a lot of excited young ladies on the Mainline last Thursday when celebrity favorite Pinkberry opened it’s first Philadelphia are at the Bryn Mawr Square Shopping Center (763 East Lancaster Avenue)

Lindsay Gordon, Carrie Schaeffer, Dagny Tepper and Joely Simon couldn’t wait to get their free yogurt from Pinkberry, which was handed out from 6Pm til 10PM (actually a little later as the people kept coming.) the world’s leading yogurt retail, and arrived 3 hrs before the store opened it’s doors. Picture girls a decade older running into Filene’s Basement for the wedding dress sale, and then you get the picture of what it was like when the doors opened at 6PM.

Many in line were fans of the tasty treat having been to Manhattan and LA.

Caroline Coopersmith and Hannah Porter have been to LA a lot to hang with Hannah’s famous uncle Terrence Howard. They always went to Pinkberry

There was also a Pinkberry VIP party going on where guests walked the pink carpet

and created their own Pinkberry sundae

as well as posed for moi

You might not see David Beckham, Charlize Theron, and Jennifer Love Hewitt at the Bryn Mawr Pinkberry, but I bet people will be lining up throughout the year for the yogurt that so many people love.
