Just in its second year, the South Street Spring Festival welcomed
nearly 40,000 attendees, topping last year’s attendance by approximately
10,000. All day long, a great crowd strolled South Street, but around 5
p.m. near the South Street stage, the festival hit a crescendo with
this flash-mob wedding proposal.(uwishunu)
