Cast, crew and extras on Creed 2 are putting in incredible hours, working 10 – 14hr days at Sun Center Studios in Aston, PA

Which makes it that much more extraordinary that

Michael B Jordan took time out to have dinner with 4 friends at D’Angelo’s 256 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Tuesday night. He stopped by about 9PM and stayed til nearly 11PM. He had Lobster Fra Diavolo and Crab meat which he loved says owner Sal D’Angelo.

Jordan checked out the Rittenhouse Square restaurant after Sylvester Stallone recommended it, he went in 2015 during the Creed 1 filming. You’ll recall that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth had a delicious dinner there while he was in town filming Paranoia. Their special table is on the 2nd floor by the window.


Brigitte Nielsen stopped by Gran Caffe L’Aquila for Gelato on Tuesday. Here she’s with one of the owners. She was super nice and is enjoying Philadelphia. Monday is her last day of filming on Creed 2, despite not being listed in the IMDB which is odd. Maybe their keeping it a surprise for folks that will see the movie. Last week I spotted Nielsen arriving at the PHL Airport.

Last week as you know Sly Stallone popped in to see the new plaque affixed to his namesake statue Rocky Balboa at the bottom of the Art Museum steps. I was wondering when it was installed, and I found a photo of the guy installing it just a few days before the Stallone event on Friday. Thanks, it looks great!!
I was checking out Stallone’s instagram yesterday and was shocked & honored that he liked one of my photos of him and Rocky impersonator Mike Kunda so much he used a shot I took, which appeared on Philly Voice. Looks like he took a photo of the photo on the screen. That’s cool.


People are always asking me if I’ve seen Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu out and about, I haven’t. If you want to see him you’ll have to catch him at the Sporting Club at the Bellevue, he seems to work out and spare minute he has there. I hear he’s super nice and approachable.
