Billy Penn at WHYY Celebrates 10 Years of Impact

Bill Marrazzo welcomes more than 200 Billy Penn readers and fans who gathered at WHYY last week to celebrate 10 years of the news website and hear from seven winners of the publication’s Billies Awards. The Billies is their annual entertainment and awards show celebrating cool people who help make Philadelphia better and more fun.

One of those cool kids was **Albert Lee,** who a decade ago worked at the visitor center, and who also celebrated Philadelphia with his eponymous SM handle **UrPhillyPal**
