Lenny Dykstra & Mitch Williams to Duke It Out at The 2nd Annual Philly Sports Roast

Remember last year’s event at the 1st Annual Sports Roast with Terrell Owens….

Get ready for the fireworks when former PHILLIES Lenny Dykstra and Mitch Williams return
to the City of Brotherly Love as the featured guests of the The 2nd Annual Philly Sports Roast Thursday, April 23 at The ELECTRIC FACTORY!

There is no love lost between former teammates. For 22 years they’ve
taunted and sniped at each other in press and social media. Lenny blamed
Mitch for single-handedly blowing the PHILLIES ’93 World Series loss.
Mitch responded with threats of bodily harm and calling Lenny a
low-life. And they both may be half right.
On April 23 they meet face-to-face for the first time since the start of their highly public feud.
Now hosts Joe Conklin, Al Morganti and an A-list line-up of Philly notables are putting all that bad blood to good use!
This highly anticipated
follow-up to last year’s hugely successful Terrell Owens Roast promises
an unscripted, hilariously explicit evening with high-profile sports
celebrities, media personalities and top socialites that will raise the
roof of Philadelphia’s iconic main stage concert hall!
The Philly Sports Roast is presented by Philly’s own funnyman and
impressionist extraordinaire Joe Conklin and on-air sports savant and
Wing Bowl creator Al Morganti.
“Think of this as a Double Roast,” explains Conklin. “The Dude and Mitchie-Poo, each one a party all by themselves. Put them together and you’ve got the Royal Rumble!”
The always reserved Morganti put it more succinctly. “We’ve got no
F***ing idea what’s gonna happen but its going to be funny and good time
for everyone.”

Join Joe Conklin, Al Morganti, Joe Matarese, Rhea Hughes, Tony Bruno,
Big Daddy Graham, Stu Bykosky, Leslie Guedell
and many more…for the epic
“The 2nd Annual Philly Sports Roast”
