Arthur Kade invited me out to his step-mother and father’s new salon opening party on the Main Line RAYA. There are a handful of recession-proof businesses: storage, weddings, toothpaste. And making people look pretty.

Not only is RAYA’s a beautique but it’s a boutique too. (I just made up that beautique word, could you tell?) Anyway here’s Mike DiDomenico and his main squeeze and model of the night Lindsay Furman.
Patsy Tollin, informs me that she was the teacher fired from the Balwin School. “Check out the article in Philly Mag she tells me” I did and OMG she’s 69 years old, damn she looks great. With her is Gail Joselson who tells me that her brother is Herb Lipson who owns the Philadelphia Magazine. He’s about to turn 80 she told me.
“Russian Queen of the Brazilian wax,” Emma Potievski Sherby with Ronald and Marcia Rubin. I just attended the Thorncroft Gala at the Bellevue. Mr. Rubin donated the Bellevue Ballroom for the cause that is close to his heart. It would be great if you could support this great organzation too.
Sonia Rykiel Runway show from Paris. Raya exclusively sells Sonia Rykiel clothes and accessories. The clothes for the show were flown in from her Paris show two days before the opening.

Talking about Arthur Kade where’s he been, making time with the ladies Erica Prushinski and ex-Survivor survivor Stephenie LaGrossa. No doubt these two are 10’s but I didn’t see Kade close the deal as these two lovely ladies are taken.

Once in awhile, we all want the ArthurKade lifestyle, to get the VIP treatment and live like a celebrity, even if for just one day. While you may never see your name on a star on Hollywood Boulevard as Kade will, you can pamper yourself like a Kade and feel like a queen/king at Raya’s Coiffure/Boutique where you can get a facial, massage, pedicure, manicure, color, haircut and pick up an outfit to wear on the town.

It just seems like satire when Arthur Kade is invovled. Raya is a newly opened salon offering great services. RBP we need to get you to a fashion show, everything is always over the top. The hair on the models was copied off of the models used in the Paris show earlier this year.
Loved seeing the video from SNF. So sad what happened to John Travolta\’s son.

On the fashion show though; Paris is Paris. Jerry Lewis is very BIG in France. Fashion shows in Paris are over the top, but that doesn\’t mean that we need to bring the Will Ferrell look

from Zoolander to the Main Line. It\’s worse than the shirts that make girls look pregnant, hair extensions on white women, and bangs on women (most just do not look good in bangs). I\’m not trying to be vain here, I\’m just trying to say that just because something is perceived as \”popular\” does not mean that it looks good or is a quality move.
Arthur is a prideful whore. He sucks at his career.
