October 20th, 2010, we will wear purple in honor of the GLBTQ kids who committed suicide

On October 20th, 2010, we will wear purple in honor of the kids who committed suicide in recent weeks/months due to homophobic abuse in their homes and/or at their schools. Purple represents Spirit on the LGBTQ flag. The Freedom Pages, along with Tabu Sports Bar & Lounge is throwing a EVENT PURPLE. This is a FUNDRAISER for The Attic—the ONLY LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered or Questioning) Youth Center located in Philly. Date: Wednesday, October 20 Location: TABU @ 200 S. 12th St. Philadelphia, PA 19107 Time: 7-10 pm Specifics: $5 donation at the door get you 1 Free Drink Ticket OR $25 donation gets you OPEN BAR from 7-10 pm with $10 donated to The Attic Special Drag performances by Isis and Alexis
