I’m sure glad the feds finally let Mayor Nutter tell us, what I told you on July 3rd. (I have a few pixs on blog to show you how packed the Parkway will become.) Can you imagine being on their time table, which was to not release this info until after Labor Day. Plan now for that once in a lifetime event. #PopeInPhilly
You are allowed on your balcony if you live on the Parkway, but everyone must be registered at your buildings office.
