Mayor Nutter Hosts End of Term Party on a High Note Singing Signature Song W/Sugarhill Gang

Last night at Hamilton Hall on the campus of the University of the Arts, Mayor Nutter hosted an End of the Term Party for his administration from both terms. The cocktail dressed guests enjoyed a lite buffet and spirits, as the guests caught up and shared news on who was staying on, and who landed where.

MayorNutter repping #PowerCorpsPHL at his celebration of 8 years of service to the City! We are so grateful to everything you’ve done for PowerCorpsPHL and the City it said on their instagram photo.

Michael Harris, Elaine Gillison, Joy Harris and Everett Gillison
Mayor Nutter’s Crew, most of you may recognize man about town, savvy British-born Luke Butler (c) who started out at Mayor Nutter’s right hand man, then went on to work for Alan Greenberger, Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Director of Commerce. Thanks to Jennifer Crandall (red dress) for providing me years of the Mayor’s Schedule each day and the City’s Press Releases. Erica Atwood (right center) started in the City Rep’s Office, then moved over to the Mayor’s Office for his second term. She left in December to start her own consulting firm and is now CEO at First Degree Consulting, LLC.
Busting a move with the Mayor is Olivia Gillison (c) (is staying on in the Special Events dept) and Julie Wertheimer
Later in the evening Mayor Nutter busted a move himself by singing Rapper’s Delight,
A song I recorded him singing at least 3 xs in his administration, but most notably at the Mitchell & Ness opening in 2010.
