Face Mask Fashion In The Coronavirus Age

Welcome to Fashion Friday: Philadelphians are getting into the habit of wearing face masks more and more each day. I’ve noticed my timeline filling up with our neighbors, friends and family wearing masks of many variations. I’ve heard from many readers who are making masks, as well as read fashion houses are producing them for the future.

The last month has been so challenging for our city and our country. Our frontline medical staff are working day and night, putting themselves at risk each and every day to keep us safe. Fact: they barely have time to eat, let alone get food ordered and delivered. So our vegan restaurant and an NBA player, Shake Milton, decided to team up giving out nuggets to dunk and shakes to drink to the people who are risking so much! We are grateful for this opportunity to help🙏❤️ Since we announced our partnership with @sixers player Shake Milton (hey @snipershake!) yesterday, we’ve raised enough money in one day to deliver almost 1,000 meals to our #healthcareheroes. Shake started us off with 500 meals donated and you can help him reach even more of our hospital heroes by giving him an assist. A donation of $10 buys them a full lunch, but anything helps.
