Mayor Michael Nutter and former Governor Ed Rendell attended.I thought becoming a full time blogger would have allowed me to go out and cover whatever whenever, but darn I have responsibilities and I couldn’t make it. The team will be shutting down the 16th and 17th block of Market Street in Center City on Thursday, May 5 from noon to 1 p.m. to hold the first ever professional sports team practice on the streets of Philadelphia.
