1700 block of CHESTNUT STREET GETS AN AMERICAN EAGLE, PLUS CHARLIE MANUEL WANTS TO SAY GOOD BYE FRIDAY 12:30pm

You can still find a Victoria’s Secret shop inside the Shops of Liberty Place at 17th and Chestnut Streets.
Kinda depressing, not only is summer nearly over, but the calendar store has
opened up in the Shops of Liberty Place at 17th and Chestnut Streets. to remind us that another new year is upon us. They also carry other novelty
gifts, cards, appointment books and fun stuff.
SO LONG CHARLIE: Tomorrow, Friday, August 23, the beloved former Phillies manager, Charlie Manuel, who helped end the
city’s quarter of a century long championship drought, is holding his final
radio show in the Rotunda at The Shops at Liberty Place. Friday , August 23, Manuel will be broadcasting live from 12:30PM to 1:30PM. Come by and wish him well.(above with Missy Manuel at the Convenant House Night of Broadway earlier this year)

Nice about American Eagle, and Uniqlo – but where will The Art Institute go?
Wow! So American Eagle is for sure, right?
I guess plans change. I was at the old Victoria secret location on chestnut street yesterday and it is still vacant. There doesn't seem to be one American Eagle in all of center city which really disappoints me.
