Across the street from Independence Mall, Red Owl Tavern and Stratus Rooftop Lounge at the Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, A Kimpton Hotel are two of Philly’s hottest new spots to eat, relax and enjoy a delicious cocktail.
Wednesday night Red Owl Tavern hosted a soiree to introduce it’s new executive chef Jorge Chicas who will run all culinary operations,
including Red Owl, Stratus the hotel catering and
Chef Jorge Chicas has an extensive background which includes stints at Think Food Group, DC, SLS Hotel, Beverly Hills, CA and Andaz in West Hollywood. Red Owl, the American Bistro, will still be serving some of your favorite dishes, but expect Chef Chicas to add several new dishes to the menu.
