ENGAGEMENTS, WEDDINGS, CELEBRITIES IN TOWN THIS WEEKEND

Have you been to the Independence Beer Garden yet, it’s at 5th and Market and it’s the happening spot of the summer. Sure PHS Beer Garden Pop-up was the first one, and the Spruce Street Park is great for romance, but you want to hang with your friends, and meet people, I would recommend the @PHLBeerGarden Kudos to Nina Tinari for securing a twitter name no one else thought to grab.

Last week they held the press conference to prep the City in pitching to obtain the 2016 Democratic National Convention. I’m so stoked about that.
Michael Schulson, owner, Nina Tinari and Mayor Michael Nutter
Congrats to Michael Schulson and Nina Tinari on their engagement over the weekend. He popped the question on a romantic trip to NYC. The duo have been dating for about 3 years.

Also engaged this weekend Shaz and Sid. Congrats!!

Ian M Crumm enjoying lobster night at the Union League. Every Tuesday in August Pennsylvania 6 (114 S. 12th St.) is offering up some serious dealage on Maine lobsters. Just $19 gets you a one pound split and grilled lobster paired with a Meyer lemon dressed fennel and zucchini salad and warm potato salad.

I just love it
Congrats
This has to be the best Philly Super Moon photo
Hoda vacations in Rehoboth Beach

Bryan Boy was in town. He’s one of the first internet/youtube celebrities. He and his gal friend just came down from NYC for the day to walk around. They went to Parc, then sat in the park. Shopped on Walnut Street.

Erin Como was visiting from Nashville. Lots of us enjoyed her company while she was here including Allison Papson ( formerly of Fox 29 & now works at News 12 in the Bronx.), Kristen Johanson, CBS3, Melissa Leonard and Jen Sherlock at Positano Coast
J, Jillian Mele, Erin Como, Sheena Parveen, moi and Alissa Ingram at Spasso. Yum so good.
Darren Daulton and
Mike Schmidt leaving the Four Seasons to go to the alumni game
Also at the Four Seasons: CONGRATS to NBC10’s Monique Braxton, who wed Dr. Reginald Royster, the owner of Haverford Animal Hospital. (While I was photographing them Charlie Manuel slipped out behind me.)
Sixers Jerry Stackhouse and a fan at Ubiq,

where his sneaker was released on Saturday.
