As I mentioned on my WOGL Friday segment, the PAWS 11th Annual Mutt Strut happened on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Navy Yard. Dogs and the people who love them enjoyed a fall festival and walked the scenic route in the Navy Yard some in their cutest Halloween finest and funniest. Last year’s Mutt Strut raised over $120,000 for PAWS’ lifesaving efforts.

PAWS is Philadelphia’s largest rescue partner and is working to make it a no-kill city. The Mummers helped kick off the Paws Mutt Strut this morning. I’ve chosen 10 of my favorite outfits.

I was bow wow when I realized I couldn’t make the event but yippy when I found people had photo their pooches
