First Look “2100 Model Residence Unveiling”

I’ve watched them build 2100 Hamilton as it’s only a few blocks from my house. They’ve done a great job, and it turned out so much more beautiful than I anticipated. Fits right into the neighborhood, which I can enjoy with the reflective glass, and bright sunny skies on those days.
Comprised of 27 exclusive residences and situated among the city’s finest museums, 2100 Hamilton offers a luxury lifestyle that is easy, effortless, and exciting close to shops, Fairmount Park and views of the City Skyline.

Last night there was a special unveiling of one of their 3 bedroom models for potential residents to get a sneak peek at what 2100 Hamilton has in store for them.

Did I mention spectacular views of the City Skyline

The Agency Real Estate Announces Next Gen Partnership

RE Agents at The AGENCY Christopher Werley, Larry Holmes Jr. and Matthew Loebsack with Lisa Silveri

On Wednesday, September 8, 2021 I attended a red carpet event at the Laurel announcing the formation of the next iteration of the AGENCY Real Estate Partnership… the Evolution of Luxury Real Estate for the Philadelphia Marketplace! For years the award winning licensed Broker/Realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Lisa Silveri has owned and operated the successful AGENCY with an extensive background in selling high end residential and commercial properties. During the pandemic she thought, what is next, what should I be doing. She’s stepping back just a bit, and stepping up is her new partners, a young dynamic team which will complete The AGENCY’s Real Estate Christopher Werley, Larry Holmes Jr. and Matthew Loebsack 1518 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19102 (215) 990-3159

Larry Holmes, Jr, partner at The Agency, Joelle Holmes, Diane Holmes and legendary boxer Larry Holmes, Sr.

The Agency understand the nuances of the the Philadelphia real estate market and have the ability to serve buyers and sellers with various needs and desires.

Gran Caffe L’Aquila was the caterer. I just had dinner there last Thursday, and it was delicious. I had their Restaurant menu, and everything was perfect, but the Cannoli was something to write home about.

Although Lisa is still the president, this young, new generation of real estate agents will be taking the reigns of The Agency for all your needs. Another thing about these three, friends for years, growing up in and around Easton, Pa. Christopher Werley, Larry Holmes Jr. and Matthew Loebsack.

Philly Turned Out To Celebrate The Broadridge Grand Opening Party

This photo provided

Earlier this month the newest luxury apartment building BROADRIDGE to open in Philadelphia welcomed their first guests, as well as friends, family and potential residents to their opening party at Broad & Ridge. The 478-unit apartment community’s address 1300 Fairmount Ave. is near downtown Philadelphia.

The property spans 305,000 square feet of residential space within a 14-story building. Units feature studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, and amenities include two outdoor terraces totaling 30,000 square feet,

a pool, grilling area, yoga lawn and a dog run.

As one of the first big events since the lifting of the restrictions I asked many of the guests what they were looking forward to in the upcoming months.
Bar Woidislavsky, Jaclyn Markowitz (ready for her Margate days and nights) and Britny Keyes, celebrated Alexiss Hauser birthday on the Wildwood beach recently, and is looking forward to feting more friends with fantastic moments.

Sam Boss and Brianna Rivera hanging in the amenities room where you can enjoy a game of pool, shuffle board or watch a little TV.

Outside there was bocce ball courts

During the party guests were able to tour the sample apartments, play bocce ball, and billiards while enjoying entertainment was provided by Gypsy Wisdom & Music from DJ Hollywood!

Megan Stannard, Caoline Sotterfield (who chose Broadridge sight unseen because of it’s spacious apartments, amenities, doorman/concierge service and convenience to Center City, a few blocks away) and Aletta Ryan
Mike Toub, Brian Stevenson, Shachu and Vinay Chawla . Dr Chawla, my oral surgeon, now friend, is the most incredible book and pastry chef on the side. Thanks for brunch last week. it was as delicious as it was pretty.
Oeuchi Adikmema and Crystal Garnett, who recently moved into Broadridge. She loves everything about the building, the atmosphere, the variety of amenities, and if she doesn’t want to venture into Center City, all the nightlife and conveniences are right there in the building.
Julia Thompson and Riley Barrett look forward to nights at Cavanaugh’s Riverdeck and weekends in Stone Harbor

Jordan, Shadyra, Morgan and Shanelle are all PhillyChitChat readers, and are looking forward to more events like this party full of people from all walks of life, looking to mingle and have fun.

Earlier I took a tour of Broadridge and I wrote that it was one of the hottest new living spaces in Philly. It really is. I think you will too. Go check it out.

Wednesday April 28, 2021, Post Brothers and Keller Williams Black Label hosted an event for local realtors to show off the Atlantic apartment building at Broad & Spruce Streets in Center City.

The Post Brothers’ luxury apartment building which opened in 2019, was designed by Rafael Viñoly, the Uruguayan-born, New York-based starchitect who designed the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts across the street.

During the open house guests took tours of the building, as well as enjoyed food by Steak 48 steakhouse which is located on the ground floor of of the luxury building, a wine tasting by Delicato Family Wines, cocktails by Mad Drinks and Co.

Live art by Alloyius Mcilwaine, and music by DJ Xtina

Each unit is SMART and has an iPad that serves as the nerve center of the apartment’s controls, allowing users to program and adjust the climate controls, window shades and lighting from a single control point. All the electricity the building consumes is wind-generate. As a result, The Atlantic has earned LEED Gold certification for the environmentally sensitive adaptive reuse of its building.

After the open house was over everyone got to take home a succulent, which have become very popular in the past year, as has luxurious, spacious living. Did I mention the full size, very equip gym. Check out The Atlantic For Yourself.
